What's the difference between Lite and Luxe?
For those who opt for our Lite subscription, you have the delightful choice between our charming petite size and our delightful small size. The petite option is uniquely designed specifically for Lite subscribers, offering a lovely little touch that is both cute and cozy, perfect for brightening any space.
For our Luxe subscribers, we have an exciting range of sizes starting from medium and going all the way to extra-large. This means you get to enjoy a wider variety of stunning flowers. Plus, we offer free delivery for subscription plans that last longer than three months, only for luxe subscribers.
What types of flowers can I expect to receive?
With each delivery, you'll be treated to a delightful selection of flowers that let you enjoy the beauty of seasonal blooms. This wonderful variety keeps your floral displays fresh and engaging, while also introducing you to lovely flowers you might not have picked for yourself before!
How often will I be billed?
Our subscription plans are set up as pre-paid packages, meaning you'll make just one payment upfront. There are no recurring charges tied to your subscription. If you’d like to keep receiving beautiful flowers, hop online and place a new order. If you're interested in longer subscription plans over 6 months, please contact our team for discussion.
What is the delivery fee?
When you check out, we’ll calculate your total delivery fee for your entire subscription period. You'll find an estimate of the delivery fee based on the subscription plan you choose.
And you can always pick up your flowers at our boutiques for free!
Can I make changes to my subscription?
If you find it necessary to reschedule, skip a delivery, or make changes to your plan, we kindly request that you contact our team at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery.
How do I get bonus arrangements?
For every six deliveries you receive throughout your subscription plan, you will be entitled to a complimentary floral arrangement. For instance, if you enroll in a six-month subscription with one delivery each month, you will receive an additional arrangement at no cost, along with the waiver of delivery fees for the bonus arrangements.
