What's the difference between LITE and LUXE?
For those who opt for our Lite subscription, you have the delightful choice between our charming petite size and our delightful small size. The petite option is uniquely designed specifically for Lite subscribers, offering a lovely little touch that is both cute and cozy, perfect for brightening any space.
For our Luxe subscribers, we have an exciting range of sizes starting from medium and going all the way to extra-large. This means you get to enjoy a wider variety of stunning flowers. Plus, we offer free delivery for subscription plans that last longer than three months, only for luxe subscribers.
Does my subscription include a vase?
Yes! All of our subscription plans offer a complimentary vase with the initial delivery as an optional addition. This serves as an excellent way to commence your subscription. Should you prefer to use your own vase, that is entirely acceptable as well. You can easily customize this option while setting up your plan on the product page.
How often will I be billed?
All of our subscription plans are designed as pre-paid packages, indicating that you will incur a single charge. There will be no subsequent recurring charges linked to your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
All of our plans are pre-paid packages; therefore, cancellations are not permitted. We provide subscription durations that range from one month to six months. To ensure flexibility, you may initiate your subscription with a shorter duration.
Can I send the subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient's name, address, and contact number at checkout, just like you would when ordering a bouquet. If you'd like to add a personal message with your delivery, feel free to let our team know 72 hours in advance, and we'll make sure it gets included!
How do I get bonus arrangements?
For every six deliveries you receive throughout your subscription plan, you will be entitled to a complimentary floral arrangement. For instance, if you enroll in a six-month subscription with one delivery each month, you will receive an additional arrangement at no cost, along with the waiver of delivery fees for the bonus arrangements.

What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary based on your location and how often you receive deliveries. During the checkout process, the total delivery fee for the entire subscription duration will be calculated and charged. Furthermore, subscribers to the Luxe Plan qualify for free delivery on subscriptions that extend beyond three months.

Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?
We provide delivery services every Tuesday and Friday each week. The available delivery time slots are from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Should you require delivery of your flowers at a different time, we invite you to contact us to discuss a customized flower subscription plan.
How will the flowers be packed for delivery?
To ensure your blooms arrive in pristine condition, we employ careful packaging techniques to protect the flowers during transit. Our arrangements are designed to ensure optimal ventilation and hydration, thereby preserving their freshness and preventing any potential bruising.
Can I skip a delivery?
If you find it necessary to postpone a delivery owing to a packed schedule or travel plans, we kindly request that you contact our team at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery. Please be advised that additional charges may apply if changes are requested within the 72-hour window before delivery. Any postponed delivery must occur within one month.
Can I change the delivery address?
If you’d like to change the delivery address, just let our team know at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery, and we’ll be happy to help. If the new address is in a different delivery zone, an additional fee may apply based on the difference.

Can I pick up the flowers by myself?
Certainly. You have the option to collect your arrangement from our boutique locations, which include The Landmark at Central, Lane Crawford Pacific Place Home Store in Admiralty, or our atelier situated in Wong Chuk Hang. There will be no delivery fee for self-pick-up.
Can I change the delivery method after I subscribed?
If you would like to change the delivery method for your flower subscription, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date. This advance notice is essential to ensure we have sufficient time to prepare accordingly.
In the event that you choose to switch from delivery to self-pick-up at one of our locations, you will not incur any additional fees for this change. However, please be aware that any delivery fee you have already paid will not be refunded. On the other hand, if you decide to move from self-pick-up to a delivery option, you will be responsible for paying the delivery fee that corresponds with your specific address. What happens on Public Holidays and specific periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day?
If your scheduled delivery falls on a public holiday, we will automatically reschedule it for the following business day without prior notification.
Please note that we do not provide delivery services during Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day; the specific dates may vary each year. Our team will communicate with you and provide details about the adjusted delivery dates for arrangements during these significant occasions well in advance.
What happens if there's a typhoon or severe weather conditions?
In instances of inclement weather, including typhoons or severe rainstorms, flower delivery services will be temporarily suspended. Consequently, deliveries will be automatically rescheduled to the following business day without prior notification. Should you require delivery on a specific date, we kindly ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience. Please be advised that additional charges may apply.

Our highly skilled florists will personally handpick each and every flower for your delivery, ensuring that only the freshest, in-season blooms are selected and arranged in classic Ellermann style. With each delivery, you'll be treated to a delightful selection of flowers that let you enjoy the beauty of seasonal blooms all year round! Imagine bright daffodils bringing a splash of color in spring, the sweet scent of peonies greeting you in early summer, vibrant hydrangeas lighting up your space in late summer, and the warm charm of chrysanthemums as autumn rolls in. Is it possible to personalize the flowers in my subscription?
For Lite and Luxe subscribers, we can accommodate simple requests such as avoiding specific flowers or emphasizing colors you would like to receive more frequently. Although we are unable to fulfill requests for specific flower types, we’ll do our best to make sure your subscriptions are in tune with your style, turning each delivery into a delightful surprise.

How to take care of the flowers when I receive them?
Please make sure to place the flowers in water as soon as you receive them. If you choose to utilize your own vase for the floral arrangement, kindly ensure that the vase is large enough to accommodate the bouquet and is filled with an adequate amount of water that is appropriate for the size of your arrangement.
How long will the flowers last?
To ensure that your beautiful, fresh blooms last as long as possible, providing them with the right care is absolutely essential. While each type of flower may have its own specific set of care instructions, there are several universal tips that can apply to a majority of floral arrangements. Change the water regularly, and take advantage of the complimentary flower food included with each delivery. This will help extend the life of your arrangement.
