Do you provide shopping bags?
Please note that we will not provide shopping bags at the market. We would like to encourage all visitors to bring their own bags when shopping with us. It is highly recommended, especially considering that some of our items can be quite large in size.
Should you require a shopping bag from us, kindly note that we will be implementing a fee for this service.
Can I return the items I bought from the market?
No. All items purchased from our Winter Market cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. Please thoroughly examine the items before making a purchase.
What payments do you take?
We accept cash and FPS. We also accept credit cards if the purchase is over HKD1,000.
Do you provide delivery service?
No. We do not provide delivery service for purchases at our Winter Market.
